Ok, so I recently started blogging (6 days ago), and I try to work on it for 2 hours per day. This means learning how to blog, creating a website, and all that.
Everybody on the internet is talking about how to make a business and grow it to 6 figures, but I think that’s too much to ask from the beginning. I just want to free my head in a post in a safe space, and I will perfect it over time.
So yeah, fuck you all. Let me be. Maybe it won’t grow into a business, but maybe I will learn more about myself. This is why I want to mostly focus on my writing—having fun. Because if I don’t like it, I won’t stick to it. So is it really worth it?
What’s better? To do it like others tell you to, but not follow through, or to do it how you like it and stick to it?
For example, when I started working out at home, people were telling me, “Oh yeah, so you are not that serious about it.” That’s what they thought. Because I really liked listening to music, watching the pump, and just feeling myself, I worked out every time I recovered.
After I tested my bench press after about 1.5 years of only doing pushups, it was 120kg (265lbs) for 1 rep—pretty good.
How did I learn to like it? I never liked short endurance running. What did I do? I started listening to motivational music while running, and now I love it. I even ran my first 10k (multiple times).
In the next posts, I will also talk about a supplement that greatly increases your endurance: Rhodiola Rosea.
Find a way to love it.
